Terms and Conditions for Library Tales Publishing's Book Review Program

 

Welcome to Library Tales Publishing (LTP). By participating in our Book Review Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). Please read these Terms carefully before registering. LTP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Eligibility

1. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Residency: Open exclusively to residents of The United States of America.

3. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to participate.

Program Participation

1. Registration: Participants must complete the registration form on the LTP website.

2. Selection: LTP reserves the right to select participants at its sole discretion.

3. Book Allocation: Selected participants are eligible to receive one free book for review purposes.

4. Consent for Contact: By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by LTP representatives via email or phone.

5. Review Intent: Submission of your information indicates your interest in reviewing our books on social media and retail platforms like Walmart, Barnes and Noble, Amazon, etc. and on social media accounts.

Review Submission

1. Honesty: Reviews must reflect the honest opinions of the participant. LTP does not endorse or require positive reviews in exchange for the free book.

2. Deadlines: Reviews should be submitted within 30 days of receiving the book.

3. Review Input: Upon submission, reviews must be entered into the system using the provided link.

4. Assigned Platforms: Reviews must be posted on the platform assigned to each participant, which will be notified upon book receipt.

5. Review Criteria: Qualifying reviews should include a photograph (where appropriate) and a written review of no less than 50 words.

Rewards

1. Stipend: Participants who submit a qualifying review will receive a $20 stipend.

2. Payment Method: Stipends will be paid via PayPal within 14 days of review verification.

3. Tax Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any taxes on rewards.

Intellectual Property

1. Rights: All reviews submitted become the property of LTP and may be used for promotional purposes.

2. No Infringement: Participants must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others in their reviews.

Privacy

1. Data Collection: LTP will collect personal information for program administration.

2. Data Usage: Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

3. Data Protection: LTP is committed to protecting participants' privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Opt-Out Procedure: Participants can opt out of the program by communicating with us via email.

Liability and Disclaimer

1. Limitation of Liability: LTP is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the program.

2. No Warranty: LTP provides the program on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify LTP against any claims arising from their participation.

General Conditions

1. Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Termination: LTP reserves the right to cancel or modify the program at any time.

3. Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the State of New York.

4. Force Majeure: LTP is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances outside its control.
