Although what we see in the physical world seems "real," the Truth is that we ONLY live in the invisible world of our experience, Rather than being a place where life "happens," the physical world is actually simply a "mirror" that we can use to see what we're thinking. Everything we "see" in our lives is actually taking place in our invisible world of thoughts and SENSATIONS. It is only by working in that world that we can truly EXPERIENCE the life we want to live, the life that is always available right here, right now.

MEDITATION 1: THE GREAT UNMANIFESTED (3:57)
In this meditation, David takes us from the illusion that the physical world is where we live, to an experience of the Great Unmanifested, the unlimited invisible world where we already have everything we could ever want.

In this meditation, we learn how to move from thinking that what "happens" in the world is what our life is about, to knowing that what we are thinking and the SENSATIONS we're experiencing are actually the ONLY ways in which we experience the world and experience our lives.
MEDITATION 3: WHO YOU REALLY ARE (2:40)
In this meditation, David moves us further into the Truth of who we really are. Not only are we not what is happening in the physical world, we're not even our thoughts and physical SENSATIONS. In this meditation, you will experience that you are the invisible OBSERVER, NOTICER, ALLOWER who is looking at all this, impassively, non-judgmentally, knowing that no matter what is happening and no matter what you're feeling, you are safe, you are fine, and you are unlimited.
