Loading... Please wait...The Jerk, by Christopher Mundie, explores a day in the life of a special kind of guy; the kind of guy you wouldn't want to have at your party or end up owing any favors to. You know the type, the cynical, sarcastic, self-centered, lying and conniving—he’s The Jerk. Being a Jerk isn't so bad though, it can get you free coffee, wads of cash and a gigantic fish (if you're lucky). You can definitely hate him, but there's one thing you can't blame him for, and that's for bumping into him in the first place.

I have never read such a book before. Glad my friend recommended it to me. There is fun humor in there but I thought the concept of some mean guy walking around being mean just because he can was more interesting. The side characters are interesting also. Gotta love that Joe.

You know when you meet someone and you want to do something to them, but know you would never have the guts to do do? This guy does whataver he feels like. Not only that, he gets away with everything. A unique premise that will make you sit in your seat and make you read what will happen next. This humorous and sometimes mysterious book (setting and main characters occupation hinted and revealed in final chapter with more things, too) was well worth the read.
Here's hoping for a sequel!
