How to Draw Cool Stuff - A new book series by bestselling art teacher Catherine V. Holmes will teach you how to draw complex figures with precision and confidence by using basic shapes that anyone can draw.

Library Tales Publishing is proud to announce the release of the second book in the How to Draw Cool Stuff series. How to Draw Cool Stuff guides readers through the basic principles of illustration by concentrating on easy-to-learn shapes that develop into complex drawings. With the step-by-step guidelines provided, anything can become easy to draw. The book contains a series of fun, hands-on exercises that will help readers see line, shape, space and other elements in everyday objects and turn them into detailed works of art in just a few simple steps.

The exercises in these books will help train the artist's brain to visualize ordinary objects through the eyes of an experienced artist. From photorealistic faces to holiday themes and tattoo drawings, How to Draw Cool Stuff makes drawing easier than you would think and more fun than you ever imagined. How to Draw Cool Stuff is suitable for artists of any age, benefiting everyone from teachers and students to self-learners and hobbyists.

In her second book, How to Draw Cool Stuff: Shading, Textures and Optical Illusions the author covers the basics for creating shaded and detailed images.

The second book in the series was released on March 15th, 2015 and both books are now available for sale on Amazon.com.
